We are a friendly and professional clinical hypnotherapy and nutritional therapy practice based in South Oxfordshire near Wallingford.

We offer both clinical hypnotherapy and nutritional therapy (either independently or combined) to our clients. We focus on getting to the causes of a problem, rather than just treating the symptoms and because everyone is unique, we tailor-make our programme to the the individual’s requirements and lifestyle.
Hypnotherapy is applied to a wide range of medical, dental and psychological problems. The most popular areas of application tend to be around anxiety and stress conditions, weight control, addictive behaviours (including smoking, alcohol and substance misuse) and confidence issues. Conditions which may be helped by nutritional therapy range from general un-wellness to more chronic complaints, such as digestive disorders, fatigue, mental health issues, skin disease, childhood development disorders, cardiovascular disorders, immune dysfunction, migraine, eating disorders, asthma and arthritic joint pain [as defined by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) which is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners]
